Hey, Im Tiffany, a dedicated Online Fitness Coach and 30 year equestrian! I am hugely passionate about two things fitness and horses. I help my fellow equestrians create a happy and healthy lifestyle that allows them to unlock their full potential and truly love themselves on and off the horse.
My own personal journey has not been an easy one. After a very serious back injury, I was forced to take my fitness as an equestrian seriously or it meant not ever getting back on a horse!
Over the years I have fallen in love with health and fitness and becoming the best possible version of myself. I have learned so much along the way on tips and tricks to not only achieve your goals but surpass the them!
You CAN achieve the physique you've always wanted and become the strongest rider you can be. My goal is to take all the guest work away, and support and guide you in creating a sustainable lifestyle with long-lasting results.

Your Training plan will be tailored specifically to you and your goals as well as your level of experience with working out. You will receive four workouts a week and a pre ride stretching program. You also have access to hit videos that can be done at home along with specialized workouts such as booty burn boot camps and six-pack builder workouts.

I take the guesswork out of nutrition by providing a customized calorie and macronutrient breakdown tailored to your specific goals, body type, and lifestyle. I calculate your ideal calorie intake to make your online fitness objectives, ensuring you're fueling your body just right. You will get detailed breakdown of the three essential macronutrients. I will help you understand how much of each you need to optimize energy, recovery and overall health. I don't just hand you a plan and have you figure it out I am here to support you every step on the way. Learn how to fule your body and your rides the right way!
